By accessing and using BrioDocs software ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Company Information

BrioDocs is provided by BRIOAI, Inc., a California corporation ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use BrioDocs software for your internal business purposes.

4. Privacy and Data Security

BrioDocs lets you choose how your documents are processed: on-device (your data stays on your machine), Brio's private models (processed on dedicated Brio infrastructure and never used to train models), or your own connected AI provider (subject to that provider's terms). 5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use BrioDocs for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts. You may not violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of BRIOAI, Inc. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7. Disclaimer

The information on this Service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BRIOAI, Inc. excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms relating to our Service and the use of this Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BRIOAI, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
